We are a small, coordinated mobile physiotherapy team. We come to you — at home, at your aged care facility, or in the community. We are a registered NDIS provider, so we can work with participants across all three funding arrangements — plan managed, self managed, and NDIA managed. If you are not sure which applies to you, get in touch and we will help you work it out.

Supported Independent Living

For participants in SIL arrangements, we work alongside your support workers rather than around them — assessing mobility, transfers and manual handling, then leaving behind clear home programs and practical guidance the team can actually follow day to day.

Niel is the founder and Director of Ellis Physiotherapy and Allied Health, with over a decade of clinical experience across rehabilitation, aged care, community, and private practice settings throughout the Central West and Western regions of NSW. He holds APA Gerontology Level 2 certification and is known for his collaborative, evidence-based approach, his commitment to mentoring, and his genuine care for the people and communities he serves. Ellis Physiotherapy and Allied Health is his vision in action — a practice built on integrity, compassion, and the belief that the right care, delivered well, changes lives.

Jesamine Benlot

Physiotherapist

Jesamine trained as a physiotherapist in the Philippines and spent several years at a busy medical centre, seeing people in hospital, in clinic and at home. That means she has worked with just about everything — strokes and other neurological conditions, back and joint pain, and people recovering after illness or surgery. She takes her time with an assessment, explains what she finds in plain language, and keeps an eye on whether things are actually improving.

Vicente Sanchez

Physiotherapist

Vicente — Vincent to clients and colleagues — has worked as a physiotherapist for around ten years, first in the Philippines and in Australia since 2019. He spent a good stretch of that with basketball teams, helping players get back on the court after injury, and he brings the same hands-on approach to his work now. These days most of his week is in aged care and out in the community: getting people moving again after a fall, running group exercise sessions, and showing facility staff safer ways to help residents move.

Practice Manager

Jodie Nelson

Practice Manager

Jodie brings over 20 years of experience in aged care and disability services to her role as Practice Manager. Her background spans direct clinical support through to senior leadership as Manager of a 72-bed aged care facility — giving her a thorough understanding of care standards, compliance, and what genuine service looks like in practice. A long-standing member of the Dubbo community, she is the first point of contact for Ellis Physio clients and families.

Fees & Costs

As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver physiotherapy to Plan Managed, Self Managed and NDIA Managed participants at the current NDIS price limits. Aged care, community, and private and sports physiotherapy fees depend on your funding and circumstances — there is no single price list, because no two situations are the same.
